DJI Zenmuse H3-3D Interference Fix - tip #2

I experienced annoying interference lines using DJI Phantom 2 with Zenmuse H3-3D brushless gimbal. Even an add-on "anti-interference" board from DJI did not help. This fix is not invasive and is perfectly reversible (you can remove it w/o any issues). It is just connecting main battery ground and GoPro USB connector ground. Looks like that circuit is not well grounded.

I experienced annoying interference lines using DJI Phantom 2 with Zenmuse H3-3D brushless gimbal. Even an add-on "anti-interference" board from DJI did not help. There is an easy fix but it would disable charging GoPro from Phantom. So, if you do this fix then don't forget to get the GoPro porperly charge.

I do not know, sorry. It is a long time ago since I owned it and I never bought it again, since the specs is hard to find. But I believe you set full throttle, then connect the ESC and then some beep should sound, and then set the throttle to zero. It is usual procedure with any ESC, but I cannot guarantee it will work like that 🙂

Just solder the GND power track of the tape plug to the metal part of the mini usb connector, you will save the loose cable and you can power the gopro without using the adhesive tape method.
This is a gimmick that no one uses.

I am sorry, I do not know that esc, but I would try to calibrate it normally first, without the flight controller just to make sure it works.

In the center of the steering wheel there is a Ford logo and on each side of the logo there is an icon of the horn, so push it on one or on the other side of the logo.

Correct, you have to use brake pedal to control it. It automatically controls the steering wheel only.
